1. I want to cancel my membership
You can cancel anytime. By cancelling you will lose access to the space.
2. I am a bad sport, like to rage quit and hate dice
Sadly you are not welcome here. Any bad behavior, cheating or tantrums wont be tolerated and you will be banned from the space and all relevant competitions and tournaments in the region
3. I only play 40k and participate in D&D campaigns intoxicated with as many substances as possible
Being under the influence of drugs or taking / using inside the space will not be welcome. We have a zero tolerance to this. Anyone caught using in the space will be removed and banned
4. My girlfriend kicked me out of the house
Please do not sleep in the space. From 12:00am the alarms come on and they detect motion. The security company will send a team out to investigate and they will then call the Police, who in turn will call us
5. My child would like to become a Surrey Primarch, is this possible ?
Yes no problems. We accept under 18s. But as the parent, you must become a member and bring your child to the space. You as the parent will hold the membership with us and have your face scanned for entry. By leaving your child in the space Surrey Primarchs Ltd accepts no responsibility for the care or supervision and it is at your own risk
6. Can i leave the front door open for as long as possible ?
No. Please keep the front door shut at all times. There is an alarm system that activates when the door is left open for longer than 7 seconds. We need to keep our gaming space secure from all non Surrey Primarchs
7. My friends want to come and check out the space
Sadly they cant unless they are members or you have paid for one of them to play on a table with you.
8. If i ignore point 7 and just bring them in anyway
You will have your membership revoked
9. Can i store my items at the space
You can : at your own risk. Surrey Primarchs does not accept any liability for lost, stolen or broken personal items members leave in the space
10. I like the terrain , tables, fire extinguishers and internal doors : can i take them home ?
Please dont. Annoyingly we have had to install state of the art security cameras in the space. You will be recorded doing this and details handed to the Police if you do steal the sink
